Day after the rain

Big J had been cooped up in the house for a few rainy days and needed some outside time. Being 100% boy, he headed right for the mud.

I am the egg man…

This is from way back when J was just over a year. We were on vacation and she was playing with these swim goggles. She let me put them on her just long enough to take the photo.

Downtown Rush Hour

I was standing on the bridge in Downtown Los Angeles at 5th and Figueroa just after sunrise. This is a composite of three bracketed images that I processed in Photomatics. Though not perfect (I’m still learning to learn photography), I thought it came out well.

Nextdoor Sunset

Shot across the street of my neighbors house around sunset time. I didn’t do much with the colors, just cropped and darkened it a bit. It was too bad that the car was parked in front of the house else it would have been a much better photo.

Ventura Power Station

While on vacation in Ventura Ca. in 09′ I wen’t on a bit of an excursion one night. About a mile or two from where we were staying was this power plant right next to the coast. I must have snapped 200 shots using different settings and whatnot. This was the result of 3 images merged and the colors tweaked a bit.
